On December 22, 2014 the Town of Glenville Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) approved three area variances for the Amedore subdivision proposal, but denied a number of other area variance requests. The outcome of the ZBA meeting necessitates revisions to the subdivision plan. That being the case, the Town of Glenville Planning & Zoning Commission will not be considering final subdivision review of the Amedore application until their February 9, 2015 meeting. A public hearing will take place at this meeting.
